Keegan did a great job from the initial quote to the finished product. He did a great job of explaining things and asking our opinion on things when he needed. He went the extra step when he came across a rotten header board from previous water damage, and got it replaced. We would recommend him for any of your home improvement projects!

PRC did a great job on our deck. They transformed our uncovered deck into a larger screened-in and roofed outdoor paradise. The new porch roof ties in seamlessly to the existing roof. The construction is attractive and sturdy. The clean-up was immaculate. Overall this is a great team to work with and we would highly recommend!

When I moved into my new house I needed to get my balcony replaced and I had a couple bids done and I wasn't very happy with other contractors I met with and then I met Keegan with Parkridge construction. He listened to what I wanted and I showed him a couple other projects in my house and he was very helpful and very professional. The pricing he gave me was very reasonable and very straightforward. They had a very busy season this year and he communicated with me the timeline for the project. When he arrived him and his team got straight to work and they knocked out my deck in 2 days. They cleaned up everyday and were very conscious about neighbors and HOA requirements. I would highly recommend them and for any projects going forward I plan on reaching out to them.

Park Ridge Construction/Keegan was awesome. On time and no surprises...great communication and quality construction. They built a large deck that fit around an above ground pool added a bar and some storage under our stairs. Would recommend!

I used PRC for a vinyl siding repair. They had a quick turnaround. It only took them three weeks from the inspection to order and install the replacement siding. The price was $200 less than the next best quote. Their communication was spotty at times, but it was well worth it for the timely work and good price.

Very satisfied with my experience with Park Ridge Construction. Selling my home, and my buyers' home inspector picked out a few minor things on my siding that he felt needed to be addressed. The buyers and inspector insisted that the work be performed by a qualified contractor. Was having trouble lining up someone to do a small job like this, until I contacted Park Ridge Construction. They just requested a few pictures to be texted to them, and gave me a quote, and said they could be out in a few days to do the job. They did come out when promised, and did a good job. They even charged me a little less than the quoted price! Couldn't be happier.
