We hired Park Ridge Construction to replace our worn out deck, replace our front door and sidelight, and to replace the railing for our front porch. Keegan was great to work with, making sure he understood what we wanted. Any unexpected issue he came across was brought to my attention and was fixed. (The flashing for our original deck had been done poorly.) The finished results all look great and the work area was cleaned up well. The price for all of the work was very reasonable IMO. Once Keegan and his crew started they were able to complete in less than 3 weeks. They demo’d our existing wood deck, rails and staircase and replaced with Trex and a metal rail. It looks so much better. The windows were a bit of an issue but we were able to pick them up which helped Keegan and his crew finish up our project in a timely manner. He kept us informed on when they would show up and told us what they planned to accomplish the next day. As they were working we added more projects for them to accomplish. I think our project ran longer than expected. He also installed rails at our two entry doors. It’s quite helpful to have something to grip as you are going up the stairs. We had Park Ridge build an addition of a 12x16 sun room onto our house. We were very pleased with the project overall. No project goes perfectly. This one was also not perfect. The great part is that Keegan did a masterful job of keeping us informed of issues. We had delays, subcontractor issues, and unexpected small changes. Park Ridge Construction/Keegan was awesome. On time and no surprises…great communication and quality construction. They built a large deck that fit around an above ground pool added a bar and some storage under our stairs. Would recommend!Load more
